        • The facility has a comprehensive written social compliance policy, including but not limited to the following:

        o Commits the company to the continuous improvement of labor standards in the supply chain

        o Provides a clear framework for setting social compliance objectives and targets

        • The written social compliance policy statement is appropriate for the nature of the facility’s operation and aligned with the company’s vision and an integral part of the company’s strategy. 
        企业的书面社会责任政策适合本企业的经营性质，符合公司远景目标，属于公司战略不可分割的部分。
        • The written social compliance policy is communicated to all employees by at least one of the following methods (in local language): employment contract, employee manual, newsletter/ poster, employee training (with records). 

        通过至少下列一种方式（采用当地语言）向所有员工传达企业的书面社会责任政策：劳动合同，员工手册，新闻/海报，员工培训（有记录）。
