ENVIRONMENT 环境
Environment 环境
• The facility has a written environmental policy from top management.
企业有由最高管理层确定的书面环境政策。
• The facility has a nominated individual (or depending on the size of the enterprise, a team) responsible for co-coordinating the site’s efforts to improve environmental performance.
企业有一个指定的个人（或根据企业规模，一个团队）负责协调所在场所环境绩效的提升。
• The facility can demonstrate any environmental certification or environmental management systems (e.g. ISO14000) that they have in place.
企业可以展示一个环境证书或已经建立的环境管理体系（如 ISO14000）。
• The facility is currently setting up systems in order to obtain the environmental certification.
企业目前正在建立体系，旨在通过环境认证。
• The facility conducts a periodical risk assessment to evaluate the significant environmental impacts of their site and its processes.
企业定期进行风险评估来评估其现场和工艺的重大环境影响。
• The responsible person is able to describe the legal requirements for the disposal and/or recycling of solid waste and how's it's implemented at the site.
负责人能够描述固体废物处置回收的法规要求及如何在现场落实。
• The responsible person is able to describe the applicable legal requirements for wastewater / stormwater monitoring and treatment.
负责人能够描述关于废水/雨水处理和监测的适用法规要求。
• The responsible person is able to describe the applicable legal requirements for air emissions monitoring and treatment.
负责人能够描述关于废气排放处理和监测的适用法规要求。
• The facility has all required environmental related permits, licensees and / or registrations (including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Report, EIA approval, construction safety permit, pollution emission permit, permit for disposal of solid waste and hazardous waste, permit on removing/idle pollution treatment, other legally required permits, etc.) and they are current.
企业持有所有环境相关的许可、执照和登记（包括环境影响评价文件，环境影响评价文件批复，建筑安全许可，排污许可，固废和危废处理许可，拆除与闲置环保设许可，其它法规要求的许可等），并且有效。
• The site operation is in compliance with Environmental permit/ license conditions.
现场运营符合环境许可/执照条件。
• Hazardous & non-hazardous solid waste is disposed using licensed vendor per local legislation.
危险和非危险固废按当地法规要求委托有资质的处理商处置。
• The facility has taken measures to prevent/minimize the soil and groundwater contamination (if any) as required by law if potential soil and groundwater contamination detected。
当发现潜在的土壤和地下水污染时，企业有按法规要求采取措施来预防/减少土壤和地下水污染（如果有）。
• The facility has legal required pollution treatment with proper maintenance.
企业按法规要求安装和正确维护污染处理设施。
• The facility has made progress in reducing or eliminating pollution, waste and conserving resources.
企业在减少或消除污染、废物和节约资源方面取得了进展。
• The discharged wastewater / stormwater meet the discharge limits for regulated constituents.
废水/雨水的排放符合污水排放规定限值。
• The air emissions meet the discharge limits for regulated constituents.
废气的排放符合废气排放规定限值。
• The facility is free from any environmental violations resulting in monetary penalties and / or non-monetary sanctions in the past 3 years.
在过去 3 年中，企业没有发生任何导致罚款和/或非金钱制裁的环境违规行为。
• The facility has implemented energy saving measures or adopted new technology that is aiming to save energy.
企业已实施节能措施或采用旨在节能的新技术。
• The facility has implemented a carbon emission reduction or carbon offset plan.
企业已实施碳减排或碳中和计划。
• The facility received environmental rewards from government, NGOs or other environmental organizations.
企业有收到来自政府、非政府组织或其他环境组织的环境方面的嘉奖
